When will my hamper arrive?We aim to dispatch all hampers within two business days from the order date. When the parcel is posted, we will send you an email with the Aus Post tracking number. All parcels will be sent via standard Parcel Post free of charge to you, unless you choose Express Post at the checkout (Express Post is an additional cost). Do I have to pay shipping?Nope! All items have standard shipping included. If you would like to purchase express shipping, this option is available at the checkout for an additional cost.

Do you have a physical shopfront?At this stage we don't, we are operating solely online. Our studio is based in Caloundra and unfortunately we don't have the space for a front of house and back of house space.

Where can I can get flowers delivered?We offer delivery to Sunshine Coast, Qld only. Our delivery radius is 25km around Sippy Downs. We can deliver to: - residential places. Please leave notes in the checkout about dogs, gates or any other obstacles our courier may face. - commercial places. Please leave notes in the checkout for our courier, ie if there is an admin desk or instructions on how to get in. - hospitals. Please leave notes in the checkout and tell us the ward name and room number and the correct hospital eg. Sunshine Coast University Hospital vs Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital.

How long will my flowers last?The answer largely depends on how you care for your flowers, but in general, most customers find that their flowers last at least two weeks. See out blog posts for more info on how to care for your flowers.

What is your refund policy?We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it • is unsafe • is significantly different from the sample or description • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
